Hi Everyone! This is one of my favorite looks! This is my 40's inspired look. I always do a matte lip when doing a 40's makeup. Today I decided to go with a bright pink lip, I felt it was more daytime appropriate and it reminds me of my grandmother, she always wore a fuchsia lip. You can also use pink if you want a softer look for nighttime, instead of a bright red lip. For the rest of the makeup I used both blush and bronzer, but very little, since you are doing bright lips and bold eyeliner it's important that you don't overdo the rest of your face. The eyeshadows I used were matte colors as well, except my highlight, it had a little shimmer. I didn't use fake lashes, but you can add them if you want some extra oomph. Thanks for reading!
